Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Phase Sleep. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Preorders

If you purchase a preorder item, it will ship according to the estimated timeline provided at checkout. Preorder timelines are estimates and may shift slightly based on production and fulfillment capacity.

Orders containing both preorder and in‑stock items may ship together unless otherwise noted.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Phase Sleep is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.


Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
