Refund policy

Phase Sleep products are classified as consumable dietary supplements. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any opened or unopened products. This policy is in place to protect all customers and ensure that every product shipped is safe, authentic, and has been stored and handled properly.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Unopened products

  • Opened products

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste or preference

  • Perceived effectiveness


2. Safety & Quality Compliance

As a consumable supplement, once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee:

  • Storage conditions

  • Product integrity

  • Safety of the item if returned

For this reason, we cannot restock or resell returned supplements, even if the package appears unopened.


3. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace items that were damaged or shipped incorrectly at no cost to you.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Phase Sleep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please file a claim directly with the carrier.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback for a product that was delivered as described is considered misuse of the chargeback process. We reserve the right to provide all supporting documentation to the payment processor to dispute invalid claims.


6. Preorders

All preorder purchases are final and non‑refundable. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that you are reserving product from an upcoming production run and agree to the estimated shipping timeline provided at checkout.
